This is my first attempt with PS Elements 3.
Boy do I have some learning to do!!!
I could not make a border :(

Frames and Borders? Drove me crazy because I was seeing them on the forums and they looked great. AJ Montgomery (amazing bird photos) went thru the whole thing for PS - don't know if Elements 3.0 will run actions? But here is the link to the thread with the instructions:

Hope that helps. I know what you mean about learning. My curve is nearly vertical. Every time I come out here I learn something new and useful.

BTW - I find your photo a little bland. Not much color there.

What about trying the photo in B&W? Do a search on the forum for PS Elements 3 or frames and borders.

I can't see the second one Dan. If you are using a mac, with elements 3 and you figure out how to get the borders, then let me know. I might be wrong, but I'm thinking it's on the PC version.

I also like the second one the border helped alot>
