Interesting creature, bygum. We have horseflies here, but no March flies. So this one isn't the blood-sucking variety?

Hi tupe, yes mate I suspect he is the same fly just with a different name lol I can tell you this for sure they have one long prong if you don't mind being bitten with one just watch it when it lands on you see how far it drills in to you .
