I have a 20D with a 17-40 f4L and a 70-200 f4L.
I shoot mostly family pics and portraits. I like scenic/landscape but hardly have the time to travel.
Which would be the next "L" ? I have the fever!!;)
Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L ?
Canon EF 100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 L ?
Canon EF 135mm f/2.0 L ?
Nifty fifty ?
Canon EF 85mm f/1.2 L ?
I dont have money spilling out the ears but I was just wondering if I were to buy another L to fondle which one should be next.
Thanks all!

All awesome choices..
The decision has everything to do with what you shoot/intend to shoot, and little else.

I say the 24-70L. It'll fill that gap in your current lineup.

Yeah, and the 85 f/1.2 would kill the f/4 stop issue. And it's one of the best portrait lenses ever made. :D

I agree with the 85mm from what you've said. The nifty would be a nice cheap buy and maybe with the change you can take some time off and travel a little   but then you'll need the 100-400 (if you must have Canon!!)

The question of what lens should I buy next should be a question of what kind of images I am missing. Have you had situations where you have lost shots due to certain lens requirements? Are you seeking for certain kind of image which you have in mind and you have not been able to achieve with current gear?
If you need compressed perspective landscape shots then 1.2L won't do you much good. If you want to be flexible in closeup people situations 24-70 will help you a lot...
