Anyone know if the flipside 300 will fit a gripped 5DMk2? I've got a Vertex 200, but want something a bit less bulky for day use.
Thanks

Yes it will. I have that bag and when I had the grip for my 5D it fit fine. IMO its a better fit without the grip, but it will work.

Thanks Ben.
What do you think of the bag?

LOVE it! Its my out for an easy trip shooting bag. I can easily carry my 5D, 24-70, 70-200 2.8 IS, 50 1.4, all with hoods, 580EX II flash and random other stuff like wired remote, CF cards, batteries and strap my travel tripod on the back if I need to. Its one of the many bag I have bought and tried but one of the few I have actually kept!

just remember to add a backsupport strap that you can easily pull from a laptop bag. it will help diffuse the weight when you are in "flip" mode. this is lowepro's only real design flaw with the bag.
other than that, it's an exceptional bag that after reading many reviews, am very happy.

The Flipside 300 with handle a 1D MK11 easily so maybe that will help you.
