Sigma 70-200mm APO 2.8

Could some one give me the low down on this lens and what its value would be new and used. Also is it worth owning? Sigma 70-210mm APO 2.8

The 70-210 APO right,. not the 70-200mm in the title?

Either way,. If it deos not have the letters EX stamped on it... then it is the older version which wil 99% likely NOT work on a recent Canon digital. This is a known problem of many older Sigma designs that would not function on any Canons newr than the Elan 7 and Canon 10D.

If it is the "210" 7it is definitely an older lens that will most liekly have this problem. I'd avoid it to save you any hassles.
