Keep B+W CPL if I get a Singh-Ray Vari-N-Duo?

I'm thinking about picking up one of these hideously expensive filters, http://www.singh-ray.com/varinduo.html , and just wondering if I would still find a need for my B+W Kaesemann CPL? Not only would I recover about a third of the cost of the filter, but I'm just not sure it would get used once I had the Singh-Ray. You thoughts?

Keep it...there will be times when you may not want to necessarily use the S-R. I have both filters, and still use the Kaesemann...if I'm not going to need any additional ND effects, and don't want to bother with the bulk of the Vari-N-Duo, I use the B+W. But the ultimate decision is up to you...
