Does anyone have some videos or e-books about lighting and posing for nice outdoor and studio portraits? I'm new in this kind of photography and I'd like to learn how to take better portraits.. If you have some free, please post a link! I'll be thankful!

Geez Tim thanks a lot for the sleepless night, I got caught up reading your links and now it's after 5:30 AM! You really have to learn to post awesome links more responsibly in the future buddy. ;-)
