He said its made of plastic.
A water pick is a long stem that shoots a very thin steam of water at a pulsating high speed. Its a way to clean between the teeth and knock debris loose.

Does is stay in the mouth while in use? Is it ever used in a not hygenic means, and does it only go in the mouth?

Stays in mouth while in use. Does not clean anything, and is not used for hygienic use.

Is it one of the wisp things?

no

Is it used to clean teeth?

no, does not serve as a cleaning product

Drakeskakes

Oops, sorry about that...I prolly associated hygenic with oral use. So it definitely is used in the mouth, it does not clean anything...it's not always used. Part is made of plastic, you can hold it, but not always needed to be held.

is it flavored?

no flavors.

It can be chewed on, you can throw it away, but they last for a good bit and you need to get a large size after a few months. It does serve a purpose, but not all use them, and not used all the time. the other part is organic.

The triangular one is called a speed square, I think.

But yes, it's a caliper, set at 0.05mm (+/- .02mm I believe, I'll have to look up the specs again). (I don't have the answer image to post... I'm at work)
