Playing around yesterday with some new gear and got a chance to take some pics of my son, pretty happy with the results so far but something still is bothereing me but I dont know what it is yet..any thoughts on what else I could do?

I really like the composition on this piece! What may be bothering you, though, is the fact that it seems slightly underexposed; at least on my screen it is. Maybe if you played with the contrast or curves a little it will lighten it up just enough to balance right. Other than that, though, very pretty & nice DOF!

The more I look at it , I think what is bothering me is the bright white upper left hand corner, and it does look a little flat, I will work on that and see if it makes a difference..thanks


did more editing on it, I think it was the transfer to the web, colors were completely differet than the original file.
