This old saw mill closed down about a year ago. I had to fight the wasp that now call this place home for the few shots I did get. I hope the owners will let me come back when it cools off so I can have the run of the place instead of having to run from place to place.

Ok. So they must be bad. I'll C.C. myself
1. looks too dark.
2. I like it.
3. The white spots are distracting.

Well in the frst pic it didn't look that dark to me until i posted it but yes I agree it is on the dark side.
Thanks for the comment on #2 I like it too
Number three I knew the spots were there but I can't find a way to mask them with DPP. I hope to get PhotoShop soon.

Nice series. I like #1 the best, but the images look flat. Maybe play around with individual contrast channels.

I actually like #3... but the overall image quality is crap - that's what is distracting. These images looks like they were over compressed and the quality has really suffered.
Other than that, I think a bit of PP for contrast, and some levels work would do wonders. It's a great subject matter and worth battling the wasps for.

They did look alot better to me before they were converted and resized

Wow, neat place and I like the black and white. The background in number three looks all pixilated with no detail though.

That would be a cool spot for portraits.
