Just got this puppy in the mail today...absolutely AMAZING for 25 bucks.

Works perfect with my studio lights, and if you strap a ball bungee or a few rubber bands around the speed ring (across an x and y axis), you can snugly hold your 430 (my sigma 530).

Or if you want want to hassle with the bungees and want something a bit more rigid, go with this little add-on:

I can't think of a better way to spend $25. The setup only took a couple minutes, its fantastic quality material and seam jobs, its got an interior diffuser as well as the exterior panel.

You wont be sorry :-)

The westcott 28 inch is great. It doesnt require a speedring and gives great soft light.

I have a 12x16 photoflex softbox and use it with a stofen since there isn't any baffling material to diffuse the light before it hits the front material. I was reasonably priced and folds up small enough for a large camera bag (e.g. ThinkTank Urban Disguise 40 type size bag anyway).

See it here: http://www.photoflex.com/Photoflex_Products/LiteDome_xs_Kit_1/index.html

I use it in combination with my studio strobes with my Canon 580EXII for a hair light.

Compared to the extra-small photoflex, their small one is better option IMHO. As this is bit bigger, had internal baffle and you can buy grids for it if you need to. And you can use it with flash as well as strobes.
