Seems to be a tad overexposed, and the blur from the petal on the foreground takes from the main flower....recompose, try to either bunch the flowers, or isolate it.

I don't think it is over exposed but I really don't like the back ground, that is what makes it seem a little washed out or over exposed. . I could deal with the blurred foreground easier. It does add depth. I would take the hue slider to the background and play with it a bit. It is a nice shot and the intended subject is clear.

A bit on the grainy side and the flower blurred in the foreground is distracting...I do love pick so I like you photo.
