I would like to honest and say the shots do nothing for me what so ever. Composition is not brilliant, more detail is a must, and try some fill in flash or a reflector.

Are you new to photography and what camera did you use?

Sorry for the harshness but enen i would have to accept comments like this. Go do some more but with a lot more thought in the shots you are trying to capture, if it's macro your wanting to do then move closer for detail?

Take a look at some that i've done to give you an idea, i'm not that brilliant myself but i will do my best to capture the best i can do?

Please don't take it to heart.........;)

Thanks for that, i will soon be uploading some more close ups. I've been into photography since 1986 and have always wanted to do macro but have never been successful at, but since getting my G6 it has opened a whole new world for me, the good thing about it is you can see the exposure while making adjustments. Most of the shots i take are also hand held but hopefully soon be getiing Belbo trecker tripod for macro work....?
