My attempt at splash photography.. Think i did ok in a way.. Learnt a lot, so next time i know exactly what to do!!

Nice. I like the colours. Strange reflection in the first one at the bottom, what was above?. Something to try is using a shallower dish, a plate or something to get the "crowns".

Please let me know how you shot this. I have been trying to shoot water splashes and drops for a while now and its not working at all.

Not to sure what the reflection is. Perhaps the flash?

Thanks for that tip. Will deff give it another go. It was my first proper attempt at this.. So im happy for now. But i learnt my mistakes.

I put a orange background behind the container and triggered my flash to hit so it bounces off the background and into the container. Thats it.. Thats all i did..

offcourse poured some water from the top into the container.

I have left exif data intact if your keen.
