Advanced lighting set ups? Any links?

Hey guys... just trying to find some links with examples of both setups and final photos.

I am finally getting into some G/N photography and i have lights but still need to learn lots more. My lighting is pretty flat right now(even but doesnt pop out). No samples yet

I have 4 strobes, 2 softboxes, umbrellas, snoot

Any tips? Light ratios? etc
