An old 1958 (I think) Chevrolet Pick-up at rest (in pieces)
Canon 450D, 18-55mm AF IS, Tiffen CP, 3 images @ 2 stop increments, generated HDR and Tone Mapped in Photomatix, levels and contrast in PSP. All C&C welcomed and thanks for looking. I really enjoy the HDR images, it brings a different feel to subjects like this old truck. Hope ya'll enjoy. 8)

I just kind of, yeah I just threw up in my mouth a little.
Edit
Let me elaborate. I personally feel this is an example of too much "HDR effect". I feel the whole thing looks too... ugly.

Good composition and great subject for HDR.....but looks overdone to my taste.

This is not a nice image. Compositionally, it is very good, but visually, I now know what it's like to have my eyeballs molested without my consent.
You had a great image there, the composition is perfect, but you just went too far with the tonemapping. It looks like something you'd find if you typed "HDR" into flickr.
I bet if you re-do it, tone it down, get the contrast popping a little bit more, you've have an amazing image.

As for your comment...
I don't see where your comment is constructive criticism in any way. I could type some smart-elic remark in response....but then I would be just like you.
Thank you for your kind words.

Thank you, I am glad you have now had your eyes molested.
I like the image, I am not trying to be like you or make an image that you or anyone else will like, if in the process of my work I do produce an image that someone else likes then so be it, I am not trying to sell my images or make a profit in anyway it is just my artistic hobby thats all. I don't know of any law that says an HDR image has to look any certain way.
Thank you for the compliment.

So you're accepting the compliment on your composition of the image, but dismissing the critique of the processing. I see objectivity is an important part of your creative process.
I like the part where you say "All C & C Welcome". You know the last 'C' stands for 'Criticism', right? Or did you think it stood for 'Compliments'?
No need to get defensive, it's just a photograph, you'll take plenty more, I'm sure.
