Im guessing this was a shot taken as you were driving by?

I would suggest a bit of cropping to get rid of all the dead space above and to the left of the horse and a bump up the contrast so it doesn't look so washed out.

on the 2nd edit, id brighten it up just a touch, shame you couldn't get teh whole thing in.
