hey guys
had my first attempt at a panorama on the weekend at a lookout
used the wizard on Photostitch and got these lines, is this normal? any way of fixing it?

As the camera evaluates for every picture the exposure if you're in automatic mode, you get differences in exposure.
therefore...
When shooting a pano, go to manual Mode 'M', set the aperture, the exposure time and leave it the same for the whole lot of pictures.

Also make sure you switch WB to custom as well.

you can hold down the exposore lock an use only 3 images this couped with a realy solid trypod will give a smoother merging of the shots

Rob,
Your images might not be totally lost.
If you have photoshop, you can open the images and use the Colour Match command under Image, Adjustments menu, select a source file to colour match each picture and save before using photostitch to glue them together again. I have used this option to remove subtle differences in shades thus removing the join marks. Good luck!
