hi as long as the weather ok i shall head down the road to mallory with my 3 1/2year old son be his first race meet.
been a while since been there i know you can get close to track for some pics at bus stop and hair pin . But are any other parts worth getting by / i will be using 30d with 100-300.

Mallory lets you get closer than pretty much any other circuit around. They have started to put up some catch fencing that gets in the way but there are still many places that you can get very close and your lens will be fine. Remember you can drive around about 9 tenths of the circuit so explore and shoot.
