Team GUINOT (May Vanish)

Firstly my apologies for posting a pic i have posted before, but i feel it necessary for those whom have not seen these guys do there thing. And i hope they can continue to do so,

Because i saw on a local news program today that if the team don't find a sponsor before September they will not be able to fly ever again. This would be a great shame as they are the only formation wing walkers in the world (according to the program i saw).

I saw these guys at waddington air show this year and their show was amazing.

Outfits need corporate sponsors to afford to do what they do but then they become wholly dependant upon them. Definately a double-edged sword. Are Guinot in financial straights? (Who are Guinot, btw..?)

We lost the Red Baron Squadron a year or so ago here in the states simply because Red Baron Pizza didn't find any value in sponsoring a flight demonstration team any more.

Guinot Products, are a uk company they manufacture and sell products such as eye and neck creams, serums, cleansers and toners, masks, exfoliators and SPF sunscreens.

As for how they are managing in the current global downturn i couldn't say (not my field) But i hope they can work something out, or at least the team find another source of income.
