Sunset and Surf

I was trying to capture the sunset and the surf. I'd like some cc regarding these photos. Very little pp done.

Both shots are quite interesting in their overly-simplistic way.
I especially like the gliding bird in the first picture.

Love the colors, and the solo rock(?) in the sand is sweet.

These shots are nice demonstrations of tonal range that encourage a meditative state. Having said that, the black cloud in the first must go. I can see these on a wall of a home or office with modern decor.
