Hey Guys, I've purchased SD960 and it uses a NB-4L, unfortunately the batteries died on me too soon.
Now I'm looking for a battery with extra capacity as I cannot replace the batteries 30 feet underwater.

Have anyone tried those GD-NB4L ? Do you think Is it really possible to squeeze 1200mah in that small package using LI-ION ?

Anyone have seen a Li-Pol (Lithium Polymer) version of the NB-4L ?

760mAh seems to be not enough for a dive trip or something made my camera stay on all the time.

The battery should last longer than your air; maybe it's just old and not holding a charge. There aren't any massively larger capacity batteries for the SD960. Just pick up a couple of spares from Sterlingtek (http://www.sterlingtek.com).

That website also advertises batteries with 1200mAh did anybody tested them ?

Haven't used their NB4Ls but their BP-511s work fine.

I don't find the sd960 on the nb 4l battery list at : http://www.digital-camera-batteries.net/canon/nb-4l.htm . Higher capacity battery may not be safe, You may get a solar charger or a battery powered charger or just carry more spare batteries.
