Indeed, I work at a Chris' Poboys, but I gotta say, Olde Tyme can make a mean sausage poboy, MMmm. I do enjoy some B&W, i just wasn't feeling it for this shot. I did one where I photo-shopped the color out, but cant decide whether I should crop out the cars. Here, Let me know which is more appealing.

I Like it. The building itself could maybe be brighten a bit. If there were a lot of cars, I would say try to lose them. But since there are only two, they are not blocking the entrance, I say leave them. I think as time goes by, they will give the image context as to when the photograph was taken. But actually, my photoshop finger would want to take out the street signs instead of the cars... lol

I'm glad you like it, and thanks for the CC. I'm a bit of a rookie to this, so getting brightness and all that jazz correct is difficult for me. I can feel what your saying about the cars giving a sense of time, very interesting point of view.As for the street signs, even if I wanted them out, I can't shop that well yet...not even close, ha. Thx again Kj.

Yea.. well with me ... some photos just increase in their inherent value with age. I love looking at old photos that show that particuar snap shot in time. Imagine decades in the future, and looking into your photo and explaining to grandkids or someone... what an "SUV" was ... lol.
