Help with images

[45R]

These pictures came out of a 10D with a Sigma 15mm lens. Are these pictures sharp enough? I've had a hard time getting the "sharpness" out of this lens that everyone else has been able to. I tried calling Sigma but the person behind the phone was loud and unhelpful. If you guys could help me out that would be great.

I've had to hit each of of these with at least one round of sharp from photoshop

None of these seems as sharp as my 50mm or 28-135mm IS USM.

BTW She said YES and was very excited after she got her bearings back on straight.
