I like the focus how it is now. I would like to see the focused eye be off the centerline compositionally. Now it is in a "weak" spot (unfocused eye is on a "strong" spot :) ).

I think he's right. I like the focus the way it is, but if this is a crop and you have some room to play with, you may want to consider rotating the picture some, clockwise, just to see what different angles look like.
