Eagles nest about 1.5 mi. from my home. Been watching mama the past few days, on the way to work and back, I thought she'd been hanging around a little tight lately.

10D, soft Sigma 70-300mm, ISO 100. Cleaned up a little in neat image.

Very nicely tittled!!! That's so cool though. Seeing mama bird standing up all straight, and then the little baby bird just below her. Very cool, and the nest is sooooooooooo big!!!!! Very nice.

It pains me to pass them twice a day and not be able to stop and enjoy them more. BTW, I've got the 100-400 on my short list as well.
