Whilst the subject does look very "cute" it's a little too central for my taste - perhaps try a crop on the image to knock the subject more to the left of the image.

dunno.....I think that the framing is right on......the background tension is broken by his ear...the eye travel is consistent...and the paw leads to thru him to the background, breaks with the ear and then travels to the right thru the rock...the dark line in the rock supports the lines in him.....
the placement in the frame....supports his calmness...no tension at all. ...and that's what's he's doing...relieving tension......it may be a snapshot....but a damn good one at that.....you captured his feelings just right......, the calmness from the water, his strength from the rocks...and where he came from ...from the grass area......good job.....don

You've lost me there Streetshooter.

It's a nice shot and obviously quite comical, but I think it would help if the animal was not bang in the middle of the frame.
The image could easily stand cropping from the bottom left (i.e. cropping out some of the top and right).
