I have a contact who works for an office furniture company who would like me to shoot a recent installation they did, as it used some of their flagship furniture. I don't really have much experience with quoting this type of work. Would I charge:

Hourly estimate for shooting?
hourly estimate for retouching images?
travel?I'm assuming all of this is a yes, and I should expect to spend twice as many hours retouching as shooting? Is this a standard ratio?

Then the other question is, do I charge a per image unlimited use, a per use fee, or just a shoot and burn model. My issue with this is I am not particularly experienced, so acknowledge that I may not want to push too hard on this issue. I am inclined to maybe charge a flat fee for unlimited usage of all images.

Are there any standard contracts for this type of work?

I know these are a lot of questions, but I want to make sure I have thought it all out before I go and quote the work.

Any response is greatly appreciated.

James

Is there anyone who can provide advice on how to structure a quote for this type of work? I would like to get an idea of how others in the industry charge for this type of work so I can make sure that I am structuring it properly.
