I applied for this competition on the royal observatory of greenwhich website about half a year ago and had one of my pictures featured in their stream, on their website.

I was so happy, at just that, but now I've been given an e-mail from them :D saying that my image has been shortlisted and they're moving it to the next round..I just need to prove its mine, sign this document (don't worry I read the Terms and Agreement; the copyright stays mine) that proves the copyright is mine.

And I really hope I win bw!or come close, that'd be cool...Just thought I'd say thanks to the members who told me to sign up.

Sure thing, these are my submissions.

The stars are all natural, by the way, I've had astrophotographers with more experience than I at reading constellations actually look into depth of how much detail there is in these photos.

Amazing stuff Karl.

I'm having my first real crack at some star shots this weekend, but could only dream about having such a nice location. Those auras look unreal. Must be awesome to actually be there shooting them bw!
