Here is a shot, whilst on holiday with my old girl. Miss those beautiful eyes!

Was taken with 70-300, at 190mm, f5.6.
Not much noise at all, 20D rocks.

I can also see the mascara has run a bit on top of eyelid. That's what you get after spending the day in the hot Brisbane sun! :)

Quite clean for 3200 ! I can see only little noise. Did you apply noise reduction or this is straight ?
Can you post a complete facial pic or atleast covering both eyes , I am sure she has beautiful eyes :-)

No noise reduction, no blurring or anything. Just straight out of camera, with a slight level change (it was underexposed). And gave it a small USM, after the resize.

This is the last shot I have of her, and my last I will be posting.
I miss having such a nice young lady to shoot.

I hope you don't mind but I've played a little in Photoshop. See if you like it.

What have you done apart from removing the red veins?
Looks good.
I was looking at doing that, but was going to bed shortly. Lazy. And don't need reminding of what I used to have. ;)
Thanks again.

That is amazing at 3200! What was the source of light? Studio or outside? And man if all the women in New Zealand look that good...I'm moving:-) Now I have to throw the 20D on my wish list! This will get out of hand soon, the wish list that is.

Looking at the reflection in her eyes, I can see it was just taken inside our apartment in Surfers Paradise. No flash, hand held, that's why I put the ISO right up to see how it would come out. Just the natural soft light of the sun coming through the windows. :)
