Hey all I just got this software yesterday and went to shoot some Real Estate and I used 6 different exposures with a tripod. The windows are perfectly exposed and so is the room in different photographs but when I merge them the windows (the landscape in them) washes out as if its been over exposed, how do I stop this from happening?
The room looks great, and there IS a very good image it could be using from outside, but it just averages it all too much, any hints would be great.

Are you tonemapping after you merge the exposures?

You need to post some images - it would be helpful if you posted thumbnails of all 6 exposures, as well as the final composite that demonstrates the problem you are having. If you can;t get what you want from Photomatix via HDR>tonemapping, then you can also try exposure blending with Enfuse or Photomatix (Photomatix calls this "Exposure Fusion" in 3.2).
