This was one of those occasions when I didn't have a choice on the time of day or the time of year, heh heh..........considering I was on a motorcycle I'm glad there was no snow!

Aahhhh.
I go between Albury and Eden/Bega sometimes and have done a few miles thru the Snowys in summer thru the northern goat track and winter thru the Dinner Plain road thru to Orbost.

Well, the sealed road between Tumut and Adaminaby -in the warm months- has got to rate as the best ride for superbikes ever. The luxury of that winding ribbon of banked road - laid with 6inchs of velvet bitumen (made so solid to minimise cracks and therefore ice degradation).


And the views are good.

hmmm, Carzee two hours up the freeway eh', must be Newcastle then! I'm on the Central Coast, Ourimbah to be exact......yep those roads are excellent, here's another sample.
