To me, this looks like a decent picture - but I am curious to see what others think. This was taken with at f/6.3 ISO 100 under natural lighting at 1/250 sec.

For me personally I find the background a little distracting? And it seems to be lacking a little bit of contrast between foreground and background?

I run into the distracting background trying to shoot flowers also. It becomes a real challenge. Nice color in you shot. Pretty flower.

- busy/distracting background (maybe open it up a bit for more bokeh or fill the frame more with the subject).
- subject too centered
- a little soft (IMHO)
