SX10 Flash

I have been reading alot of flash related threads regarding the options of external flashes for the SX10is.
As I can't reach the asking prices of most of the speedlite range, I have spotted this one

It looks a good deal, alot of positive reviews from owners, does anyone have any experience with this flash?

I'd have to ask why it's not compatible with the EOS 50D, and why none of the 1D models or the S5 IS are listed. I take the absence of mention of models newer than the 50D to mean it won't work with them either (and that would probably include the SX10).
