Problem with 1.3 backup (new install)

I've just installed 1.22 in a clean install (no added galleries) and applied the 1.3 update. The 122_to_130.php reported no errors. However, I get the following (actually, several lines of the same error) when I try to do a backup:
get columns from ee_accessory: You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'COLUMNS FROM ee_accessory ' at line 2
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/httpd/html/gallery/foostuff/backup/index.php on line 1451

I do get a backup, from which I can restore, with no errors.

Does this warning indicate any problems with the install?

Probably just an dummy error display problem. Please save one file backup of the problem database and mail it to me pekka@photography-on-the.net - I'll see what's going on there.
