Nice shots! I really like the second shot of the UPS 747. Looks like one of their calendar shots. ;)

Lens was a 70-300mm mostly at 300mm. Location was just outside the airport perimeter in Anchorage, Alaska. One of the few places DC-6s still operate.

I have a couple friends who go every year to Alaska to sit on the fence. The DC-6 is not as rare up yonder.

Great photos. Gives me ideas as to what type of skins to use for Microsoft flight sim X. I can never keep up with the different airlines and carriers.

Might try pulling back a bit on the zoom so that you get both wingtips in...great shots! I really like the JAL heavy!

Wow, the prop blur is top notch.
The angles are great.
Bring down the highlights a little in 1,2 3, especially #1. The leading edge of the fuselage is nearly blown out.
