Here are some pictures from my canon 20D, I have only had the camera for three months. I had a Canon AE1, for 25 years before this camera. I am thinking they could, or should be better. Any comments would be appreciated.

I only see one picture...
Where did you take the goose with the babies at? it looks VERY similar (from what I can see from how the grass is) to a place here.

Excellent! Welcome to the forum!
No issues asking you about what setting you used for the shots! Is all that info from the EXIF tag? If so what did you use to get it, I have never seen some of those parameters before , esspcially the lens type.

http://www.allmounts.com/canon_20D.htmlCan you explain more specifically what you think should be better? The pics look sharp, they are just a bit dark and gray but that's most likely because the weather was heavily overcast when you were making them.
Don't immediately think there's something wrong with your camera. The photographer makes the photo, not the camera. If you browse these forums, you'll be surprised at how many people think there's something wrong with their camera, but in fact it's almost always the users fault....

Love nature shots like these , great time of year , spring . Only question is why such a high iso settting , might of been sharper at about 200 or 400iso , i realise your shutter speed would drop but unless you are using a 600mm lense handheld it wouldn,t take much to stop this action ?

The high iso, is apparently what the camera setting is, or choose. I am using the P mode, and thought it would choose the settings automaticly. I know I have a ways to go to learn this camera. Thanks for the input. rw

Sorry, I did not answer your first comment, there should be 4 pictures. I did them in a htlm page layout, there might be some problems viewing it in different browsers. rw

The pics look nice to me, too.
If you have set the ISO too high, the camera has to select a high aperture to get the exposure correct. I'd suggest to turn the ISO to 400 (push corresponding button close to the top display and turn rear thumbwheel)
Best regards,
Andy
