I am looking for a good backpack to hold my gear.
All gear is shown in my signature along with some accesories such as a charger, filters, tripod, cf cards, etc. I would be interested if I could fit more things like cell phones, electronics, etc. I am also planning to get 1-3 flashes and maybe another lens or 2. (Within the year/maybe next year)
I want a good bag, so far I'm interested in these:
Lowepro SlingShot 300AW
Kata KT DR-467
I would prefer to pay less than 100 since I have already spent a lot ATM (all gear I have now was purchased within a month:P)

The less than $100 thing is going to be a problem.

Take a look at the Lowepro off trail 2 which is a belt pack which is well under $100. Just purchased mine and it is great with my 50D and 70-200 attached. It will also handle a flash additional lens and a few acessories.

Looks good, but I need a backpack since I plan on using my camera when biking and snowboarding. Also, I need a large bag for books and camera equipment as I am studying photography at college next year.

That looks pretty decent, they are 200 in canada... lucky haha maybe I'll get it off ebay.
What about these bags by Dakine and buying/making some inserts?:

Funny how that applies to nearly everything in this rather expensive hobby/career.

Yeah, it seems like everything is a way too expensive, and I'm just a kid... If I was 30 and had a steady career then I wouldn't really worry about it. I don't make much money and I certainly don't have much left after buying new gear and selling the old gear.. Plus everything photo-related is more expensive in Canada. I just want to get a good bag-- it doesn't have to be super amazing, so maybe I'll just buy a Tenba photo insert and keep what I have..
End of rant lol
