Nice subject, detail, and color, but (IMO) the background is distracting even though it's out of focus.

Nice shot. You might try dropping the exposure 1/2 to 1 f/stop. The whites are blown out. I don't think it would harm the blues.

Peacocks are a tough bird to get the colors on!
