I've read the threads that already exist, but I was curious if I had understood it. Seeing as I seem to be taking pictures of people in public (i.e. the beach, the equestrian center, the dropzone), is there any way I could be sued should I publish (and yes, if I understand, posting is actually publishing) said photo? How does it change if it's a child? Or does it?
And if I do a planned shoot (I have two pregnant friends, both of whom have agreed to be guinea piggies for me), is there a typical model release? Where would I get my hands on a copy of one?
Thanks in advance, and sorry for the repetition, but I just wanted to clarify these points of confusion.
