newbie uploading photos

call me stupid call me thick.!!!!!!!
i just cannot see the photos.

i uploaded a folder ( which contains 3 sub folders large medium & small). into images (my EE folder)

went to path editor selected my new exibition and altered the small med & large to read

images/foldername/large/

images/foldername/medium/

images/foldername/small/

looked at EE ( http://www.robinsfc.co.uk/images/index.php )and nothing, went to the FAQ and it says relies on paths. went back to path editor but cannot see what to do.

help required again.

Try full path and it is case sensitive.

i have used the full path names, i just abbriviated for the post.
i have now spent the last 2 hours trying to figure it out.

when i go to Exhibition editor
the photos are in Thumbs and Microthumbs,

but when i try to open main page it says No Images Found.

will give in soon, it seems far to difficult. and go back to my "Home Made" one.

Don't pull you hair out yet.

Let's do one "debug" flow:

When I get properties of a broken image link on your index page I see that the URL built by EE is

http://www.robinsfc/images/robinsfc/Microthumb/IMG_0710.jpg

Now, when I place this URL to a browser the image can not be found.

So, the main question is: what URL you must type in a browser in order to _see_ that image?

When you find that answer you'll see your path URL there.

Please also check that those image folders are accessible by anyone (chmod 766 or so)
