I don't know about cheaper, but it is probably lighter. Of course, shooting in inclement weather is out, but what the heck.... :cool:

But anyways, this is what I did. I was at my kitchen table with the bay window behind me. I layed the white poster board on the table, and propped the back side up with my mini tri pod. I had the kitchen and dinner room light on. I then popped my flash up, set my FEC, and shot. I really should have cleaned my subjects, but I was worried about learning whaI was doing first. I did auto color, brightness, contrast, etc. in PS7.

I had no intention of setting it up as a "product shot". I was merely playing with the back ground using a piece of poster board.
