Uneventful dead water at the bottom and the dark area top left.

I'd crop it a bit more off the bottom. I am totally ok with the dark areas in the upper corner, though.

maybe try another layer with blending mode lighten? maybe help with the blacked out areas. and looks to be a bit oversaturated but that could be the crappy crt Im looking at (at work).

It's a good test or example of long exposure water shooting, but not much else of interest in the shot. It would be great if there was something scenic behind the water besides a mess of trees. My eye is darting all over the shot trying to find some composition or something to rest on.

Find a more scenic place along that creek and try again.

Also, try doubling the time on the exposure to 20 seconds or longer. The water at the bottom left isn't really smoothed out as much as it could be. I know you were already at F22 and ISO100, so you will either need to shoot later in the day (dusk would be great), drop the ISO to 50 (or L if your camera has it), or get some ND filters.

Good luck.

yeah agreed to the dead spot on the bottom and the dark top left corner.. maybe try cropping the pic so it looks more panoramic.

I was thinking a panoramic perspective also, but the OP does not say image editing is ok so I didn't try it myself.
