These were taken at dusk out on the front lawn... testing out my new 24-70 lens. Hard to believe Nicholas is 3 months already!

Beautiful results with the "brick" Maureen, one of my most favorite and most used lenses..
............................. oh, and of course, a very beautiful/handsome and cute subject. :)

I shot with a friend's brick and was not thrilled with the results I got. I must have bad mojo with it. Just give me a 50 Prime and I am good to go.

I love my 50 as well.....wish I had 4 more camera bodies so I could put a lens on each one without having to switch them out. :)
THANKS, Joayne!!!

Peek.......
WOWzA woman!! This lens looks like it is stinking sharp! Awesome shots, and what an adorable grandbaby you have.... :)
So are you loving the lens? Do you notice a difference from the Tammy?

Not much of a difference from the Tammy, Kristy. but the Tammy is moving to Ethiopia next month attached to my old 20D. Am shooting a wedding in a couple of weeks so will let you know how I like it, then. So far, so good.
