cannot use B B downloader on xp

I need some help, I downloaded the free version of breezebrowser and the downloader this morning and when I plug in the scandisc uploading tool into the usb port and stick a disc in it a screen comes up with several options including zoombrowser but no way to upload to breezebrowser and when I click on breeze browser to upload it says no camera found any help would be appreciated.

Gary,

You should use Downloader to copy images from the camera/card reader to your PC. You must first set up your File>Preferences in DL to specify source and Events>Register for camera events.

You don't download images to BB as such, they are copied to folders that BB can then examine.

Check out the File>Automation in DL also.
