River Steve

I live in a small little town called Catasauqua. We have, as far as I know, one homeless guy. I've had many conversations with him. He is a Vietnam Vet, and there are several local businesses that try and help him out, giving him meals, a place to sit, etc. Yesterday when I was walking to the store for a cup of coffee, I noticed a sofa out on the sidewalk for trash pickup. I was suprised when I got closer to see Steve. He isn't usually quite this bad.
