Air Tran just started flying out of Charlotte last week. Have not had the chance to get any pics yet. It has been very hazy the last few days, so I have not been taking many aviation pics.

Well you should see Airtrans new aircraft when they do start. New as in new to airtran not new to aviation LOL

737-700. That is a fairly new aircraft. I work 737-300's sometimes.

Didn't notice that Jet. I drove by thinking it was an Airbus, like JetBlue uses. But you are correct it is a 700. Thanks for pointing that out.

The A319 and A320 Airbuses do look similar to 737 from a distance. What do you do at the airport?

A319 and 320's look nothing like 737-700!!

From a distance a lot of people mistake them for a 737!!!!!!!!

But if you see them eveyday they don't.

Nose cones and angle of slope way diffrent. Now if you would've said A310 I would've agreed.

The 310 is a lot bigger than the 737, it is close to the size of an A300.

Agreed. I enjoy anything about aviation. Personnally I'm not a big Airbus fan, not that they are not good airplanes, it just that I'm used to Boeing and Douglas airframes. My Company operates several A300's.

more pointy. This from a distanc looks like a 73. The 319 and 20's have the bulbous looking nose cone.. Kinda like the 75's

They are an ADHOC airline. They fly a lot of sports teams around the country.
