Hello,
I'm going on Vacation to Yellowstone & GNP in August. Is there any must go place for great pictures of landscapes and wildlife? I will be spending about a week at each place. I like to hike, however i have a bad knee(putting off a replacement), so no long hard hikes this time.
Thanks for any suggestions.

+1 for hitting Grand Tetons.....small, intimate park with beautiful venues.

Too many places in these great parks to list. In Glacier, driving the Going To The sun road with a stop at Logan Visitor Center and hike to Hidden Lake is a must. If you can, visit Two Medicine Valley and Many Glacier Valley, plus Waterton Lakes NP in Canada. In Yellowstone, all four sections of the park have great photo ops and some wildlife. Best wildlife can be found in Hayden and Lamar Valleys.

If only a week in Glacier I would pass on Waterton. You don't have the border hassle and the U.S. side is just as pretty, if not prettier.
Like Sparker said, too many great places to list. Check out the link in my sig - it has extensive information on Yellowstone and Glacier photo ops and wildlife, with a specialty in campgrounds.
My favorite campgrounds would be Two Medicine, Many Glacier and Bowman in Glacier, and Norris, Pebble Creek and Tower in Yellowstone.
Grand Teton is a must do and only 6 miles south of Yellowstone. You can't go wrong with Colter Bay Campground or Jenny Lake Campground. I would rank the Tetons and Glacier as the best national parks for landscapes in the lower 48, but Yellowstone the best for wildlife, with Glacier and Grand Teton the 2nd best for wildlife in the lower 48.

So many good places to go but personally I'd spend more time in Grand Teton than Yellowstone, Glacier is simply awesome. Bring plenty of mosquito repellent for Yellowstone, Glacier was far less buggy. Be prepared for road construction in Yellowstone, we were there a few weeks ago and had several 20+ minute waits (bring a book to read in your car).
