Accidental Fisheye

The intent of my outing was to work on multi row panos...without distortion. As you can see...the outing was a failure.

But, I liked how this one accidentally turned out.

That was an awesome accident. I am not familiar with the technique that you were mentioning but I love this image.

Awesome sky! just a pity the centre piece isn't horizontal.

Depending on the software used to stitch the panorama, it may be possible to make the image rectilinear across its field of view. This would result in the image being highly distorted at the edges, but it would straighten the lines.

You may have failed in terms of your original intent, but kudos for turning an accident into such an amazing image!

I think it may help if the stadium were horizontal, but as is, it's a marvelous image.
