Elements 3 Questions

I currently use Canon DPP for RAW to tiff, and PSE 2 for edit, print, save as jpg for web gallery. I am thinking of getting PSE 3, but have some questions:

1. Can it do RAW to tiff batchs (like DPP)?
2. Does it strip EXIF to basics (as PSE2 does), or does it preserve FULL EXIF?
